Applicants must enter the country no longer than three months after the visa has been granted.
Passport
The applicant's passport must:
Be valid for one year beyond entry date
Have at least two blank facing visa pages
Be free of covers
Photographs
You must provide two colour, passport type photographs that meet the following criteria:
Be taken within the last three months and printed on high quality photo paper
Be taken against an all white background
Be 35 mm by 45mm in size
Provide the full frontal view of your head with your face centered in the middle and displaying a neutral (non-smiling) expression
You may wear no headwear except for religious purposes
Your photos should not be affixed to your application and they may not display evidence of adhesive or staples
Proof of Residency
Proof that you live in Belgium or Luxembourg, this must be provided as:
A of a copy of both sides of the applicant's ID card.
or
A copy of the applicant's residence permit
Proof of Approval
An authorisation letter of approval, issued by the immigration service of the country of destination.
Letter of Invitation
A notarised letter of invitation from the company to be visited. This letter must:
Be on company letterhead paper
Include the name of the applicant
Include the passport details of the applicant
Specify the purpose of journey
Specify the requested number of entries and the length of visa required
State the location of the visiting company
Be stamped and signed
Be legalised by the designated Ministry or by a local government
Yellow Fever Certificate
You need to show your yellow fever certificate on arrival. It is not necessary to send it with your visa application
